How to use

1. Place the mat on a flat, clean surface away from direct sunlight.
2. Let your pet lie on it. The cooling effect starts through body contact.
3. When your pet gets off, let the mat rest so it can return to room temperature.
4. Wipe clean as needed.

Please note: This is a comfort mat, not a chew toy. Don’t let your pet bite or scratch the mat, and stop using it if it’s punctured or leaking. Keep your pet in a cool, shaded place with fresh water in hot weather. A cooling mat isn’t a substitute for veterinary care. Before you publish:

1. Don’t promise how long it stays cool. Some listings say “cools for 4 hours” or “up to 10°C cooler”. Unless your supplier has testing to prove it, leave it out. The actual cooling depends on the room, the sun and the pet. “Feels cool to the touch” is a safe claim.
2. Never say it prevents heatstroke. That is a health claim. My “please note” explains that it’s a comfort product.
3. Check what’s inside. Gel-filled mats can leak if chewed, and customers will ask whether the gel is non-toxic. Ask your supplier for the exact material and any safety documents, and only write “non-toxic” if they can show it.
4. Order a sample first. Test it in a warm room with a real pet. Some mats cool less than the photos suggest, and bad reviews on this product mostly come from this.
