Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to PO boxes or other countries.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Estimated delivery time (after dispatch)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur because of carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons.

Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with a tracking number. Tracking may take 2–5 days to update.

Duties, import taxes and VAT
Duties, import taxes and VAT
Prices are shown in [USD / CAD / GBP]. Depending on the destination, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may apply.  These are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier or customs on delivery.

Incorrect address
Please enter your address carefully. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering. We cannot redirect orders already shipped, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, your package has not arrived after 30 days, or it arrives damaged, contact support@mishmishe.shop. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund.

Split shipments
Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.
